I’m Alex Cortez, a passionate cyclist and professional bike mechanic with over 10 years of hands-on experience in bicycle repair, service management, and race support throughout the Bay Area. What started as a passion for bikes grew into a career focused on delivering reliable service, honest communication, and quality workmanship to every rider I work with.

Over the years, I’ve worked in fast-paced service departments, supported competitive athletes as a certified race mechanic, trained mechanics, managed workflow and inventory, and helped riders with everything from simple tune-ups to complex custom builds. My experience has allowed me to work with cyclists of all levels — from everyday commuters to serious performance riders.

As a one-person operation, every bike is worked on directly by me with careful attention to detail and pride in the work I do. I believe great service is more than just fixing bikes — it’s about building trust, educating riders, and making sure every customer leaves confident in their ride.
